Joseph Thomas, a 2001 graduate of Bentonville High School, works full-time in law enforcement and has served as the assistant coach of the Pioneer Bowling teams since 2021. During his time with the program, he has been part of multiple trips to the state tournament and contributed to two state championship titles. Outside of coaching, Joseph enjoys bowling and traveling, especially going on cruises.
